For Immediate Release – March 20, 2020
Working Together Jackson’s Emergency Resource Guide

WHO:
Working Together Jackson (WTJ) is the metro area’s most diverse coalition of faith and civic institutions.
Their mission is to strengthen the institutions within Jackson by developing leaders and strategically
finding solutions to the issues facing our community.

WHAT:
WTJ has compiled an Emergency Resource Guide, a digital document that is a collection of links, fact
sheets, and hotlines, regularly updated and maintained by WTJ Staff and volunteers. This guide primarily
includes resources for both prepared meals and groceries available within the city of Jackson, but also
features important health and food safety information regarding preventing the spread of COVID-19. It
also includes advice from the medical community about what to do if you suspect you have contracted the
disease.

WHERE:
The Resource Guide is hosted at this link: http://tiny.cc/xchnlz.

Please forward any other resources to be included in this guide to Tricia White at [email protected].
